Patricia Moise, LCSW

Patricia is a dedicated social work professional and Doctor of Social Work candidate committed to empowering individuals, families, and communities of color through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. With extensive experience providing in-home counseling, Domestic Violence Intervention, crisis intervention, parenting support, and group therapy, Patricia brings over a decade of clinical, community, and supportive housing expertise.

Known for her strong communication, leadership, and teaching abilities, she is passionate about mentorship and preparing future social workers for the field. Patricia is proficient in Haitian Creole and skilled in addressing diverse needs with compassion, clarity, and cultural humility. She is pursuing her DSW with a focus on advanced practice, policy, and academic leadership.
