2. Schedule Micro-Joy Moments

Not the big, Instagram-perfect stuff.
I mean: warm café con canela, 5-minute dance breaks, lighting a candle that smells like abuela’s house.

3. Set Boundaries with Love

“Lo siento, I’m not available right now” is a full sentence.
Your time off is sacred — guard it.

4. Let Yourself Feel Your Own Stuff

You’re not a robot.
You’re a human with history, cultura, and a heart that carries so much.
Grief and joy can coexist, especialmente en esta temporada.

5. Receive Support (Yes, YOU)

Healers heal better when they’re supported.
